Any information is collected solely to fulfill your request for completed legal documents, to respond to inquiries.
Your credit card information is a non issue because candivorce.ca does not collect or even see your card information. Money transactions are completed by PayPal or Interac. Either way, we have no idea nor record of your card number.
We will not, under any circumstances or in any manner, provide your name, mailing addresses, postal codes, e-mail address or any other personal or identifying information to any third party.
We do not want to send you e-mail that you do not want to receive. We do not send advertising or promotional e-mails. We do not engage in any mailing campaigns at all. If you are concerned about being on a list you can e-mail us at:Postmaster@candivorce.ca with STOP in the Subject heading of your email. Please be sure to send the e-mail from the address you wish to have deleted or if sending from a different email address, be sure to include the e-mail address you want us to delete.
